The Great Pyramid

The great pyramid of Giza is the final resting place of Pharaoh Khufu (2609 BC– 2584 BC). It was built in 2600 BC and is 147 m (481 ft) by having 2.3 million limestone blocks on top of each other in the most perfect manner which weighs 2.5 tons for each stone block. Within the Pyramid are the king’s chamber, the grand hall, the queen’s chamber, and many more.

The Great Sphinx

Overnight

The stunning mosque of Mohammed Ali is a heavenly piece of art and history as it showcases the level of ottoman architectural influence of the mosque itself when it was constructed in 1848 AD.

The National Museum of Egyptian Civilization
